If you work in a busy alarm unit, you spend a lot of time working in the alarm site accounts. If you right click on the tabs in an alarm user’s account, a popup menu appears with lots of fun options. One of these options is the ability to create a copy of an account. This is useful to create a new account without retyping all of the data. This is particularly useful if only one or two items have changed. We have been using this recently to create accounts for landlords when they get a new tenant.
